Successfully restored a mildewed, 35-year-old VHS tape containing cherished memories and provided a digital copy. Great communication by an incredibly skilled team. Worth every dollar.

I was terrified that the only VHS tape that had the only existing footage of my grandfather on. It was gone forever after it broken our VCR. Pacific Video Repair was so kind to reassure me that it was fixable, and three weeks later I got my tape back in the mail with two DVD copies, more than happy! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be working with them in the future!

Not all heroes wear capes! They managed to restore my 30-year-old home video vhs, digitize it, and convert it to both DVD and USB. After searching locally with no luck, I had to mail it in—and I’m so glad I did. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
