It's rare these days to find someone in the business industry who is honest, genuine, and reliable. Mr. Dennis is all three of these and more. He was straightforward in that he could charge me $100 for a problem no one could fix or he could guide me in ways that I could try and recover what I have left on my laptop. He was respectful of social distancing and masking during COVID. I told Mr. Dennis he was a true gem and I'd absolutely be back for all my computer needs. Spread the word - Mr. Dennis is gold.

Dennis did an amazing job with helping me understand my options with my non-powering Alienware laptop. It was stressful for me, as I needed that computer asap. Dennis is calm under pressure from stressed clients! He was able to pull my hard drives and backup the datatype I needed. Communicating the whole way. He followed up the day AFTER I paid and got my data from him, to make sure I had what I needed. Excellent local resource.
