I have to say their work is great which is why we chose them, however, their customer service could use some improvement. We ordered a print on metal on December 3rd for a Christmas present. We were told that we had missed the cut off to guarantee it by Christmas by 3 days, but if they got it done earlier they would contact us. We did not hear anything from them so sent an email on December 24th for an update. We were told that our print was done on December 10th and that they had notified us via text and even received a response from us saying we had already picked it up! We did not receive any text message from them and they obviously still had our print so we couldn't have picked it up! We stopped by today (December 29th) to pick it up and when we walked in the door the first words out of her mouth were "We will be closing in 6 minutes!" No hello, how are you, what can I do for you? We expressed our dissatisfaction with their lack of contact as we would have loved to give this gift on Christmas. We suggested a follow up call or email or some other attempt to contact us would have been nice, but she just said "Texts are how we notify people". If we wouldn't have sent the email on December 24th, we would still be waiting to hear from them. A simple apology for an obvious mix up on their part would have been nice but none was given. I'm pretty sure we were out of there by 12:00 so she didn't miss a minute of her lunch break but the print turned out very nice.
