I cannot recommend Superior Technical Solutions enough. They are truly best in class at what they do. As a small business owner scaling much faster than anticipated, they’ve helped alleviate an enormous amount of stress by ensuring not only that I’m set up correctly and securely from a technology standpoint, but also that I have the right, industry-standard documentation in place around IT, data usage, equipment, and policies—for myself and for onboarding employees. They are consistently proactive, having forward-looking conversations to make sure my systems will support where the business is headed, not just where it is today. Nathan and... Nate and the STS team have been fantastic. We have just finished onboarding many team members (a difficult feat) - Nate has made this process so smooth and easy, and the best part is the amazing communication that we receive.
