Bad communication. They left us hanging for months on a repair to our oven. Our entire range has been down. We literally cannot cook on our range. They acted like it has been no big deal. We have been 9 months without an oven. I finally took matters into my own hands and located the parts that we needed. We will be going a different direction and cannot recommend them. We scheduled an appointment for them to replace a gas regulator on our range after finally receiving the part from the UK. The morning of the install the technician called and said they had no idea how to do the job. A couple hours later they said they were the best in the business. I asked them can you help me or not? And they said we should contact the distributor and have them find someone else to help me. Mind you this is after 9 months waiting for a repair on a $25,000 range. They have absolutely zero business being authorized to support appliances like this. They have been totally clueless from the beginning.

Dustin from Appliance Solutions was able to diagnose our issue with our Bertazzoni wall oven after having another company waste time and money, and a very expensive fix. It turns out it wasn’t what the other company diagnosed. Dustin was able to get the part quickly and repair it at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the time. We will now use Appliance Solutions for our home and rental properties going forward. They are the very best of Southern Utah…especially when it comes to higher end appliances!
