My ten-year-old Inspiron 15 laptop wouldn’t power up, even after replacing the battery. So, I decided to get some professional help, and I came across GlitchBusters after doing a search. Naturally enough, in this day and age of less than scrupulous integrity, I had a certain amount of trepidation with facing the prospect of getting the “Oh, you need this, you need that,” and facing a bill that may not have been strictly justified. I’m very glad to report that this was not the case with GlitchBusters. On the same day, I was advised that the repair would be $150 and I was asked for permission for them to proceed with the repair. Three days later I got the message that the laptop was ready to be picked up, and that the total invoice was actually only $75. When I picked up the laptop, I was not sure it was mine because a rather dusty old laptop had been restored to a pristine condition having been thoroughly cleaned. How refreshing to find someone who actually looks after their customer. If you have an issue with your laptop/PC and are concerned about being ripped off, breath a sigh of relief – GlitchBusters will take care of you!
