We ordered the Nordik 60 TL from Alpine. The two gentlemen that installed it were very professional and did an amazing job. Because our fault, it was installed too high. We contacted Lawrence and the guys came back out the next day to uninstall it, so we could frame it lower. The came out the day after and installed it again. After we installed and tiled a wall, they were here to do the final setup and fire it up. It is amazing. Lawrence and all the guys that had a part in our project have been amazing. I recommend them, more than I recommend my grandma's pecan pie.

Keith was very friendly and professional. He even showed up early to fix our fireplace. He changed out our faulty wall switch, added a blower to our fireplace as requested, and cleaned and did a nice tune up. He even painted our trim due to all the scratches and such without being asked. Good as new and even better now with the blower! He made sure our logs and everything else were placed correctly this time. This company was quick and easy to schedule. Definitely recommend them!
