Justin couldn't have been any better. He was so pleasant both on the phone and in person. After we spoke on the phone, he sent a text confirming the date and time on which we had agreed, alerted us when he was en route and showed up exactly on time. The problem with our breaker turned out to be a minor issue so he showed us how to resolve the problem if it happens again. He was very fair. Anytime, we need electrical work done, Justin will definitely be the one we contact.

After being rescheduled by an electrician from a different company multiple times, we grew frustrated and I decided to call JBI Electric. This happened on a Friday morning at 9:00 am. I spoke to Justin and asked, with little to no hope, if there was any possibility of having someone come out that same day. He said he could have someone here by noon. I was absolutely shocked!
