I used PRIME PLUMBING to replace copper with pex at my summer place on Lake Erie. Luke came out and completed the whole job in a half day. He went above and beyond!! Very professional ,upfront and honest about everything. I am very satisfied and I am going to use PRIME PLUMBING for all my plumbing needs. I'm putting this out there because I just had my home redone and had terrible experiences with contractors. This was NOT the case with PRIME!!! I recommend Luke.

Luke and Don were incredible. They came out explained everything offered very reasonable pricing and did excellent work. I had them run new plumbing for three bathrooms and a kitchen and they did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a good quality plumber and I will definitely use them again for work in the future.

Luke and his helper, Nate, were on time, friendly, courteous and very helpful in explaining what was happening. They found the problem in the well and took care of it promptly! Luke also explained what to do for the next few days after and what to watch for. If you have a problem, this is the company to call!
