After dealing with past HVAC techs where repairs didn’t last, I was skeptical. Thompson Mechanical completely changed that. Mark Stokes came out, diagnosed the issue fast, and fixed it the right way. I waited two weeks before leaving this review to be sure, and everything is still working perfectly. He even handled busted water lines without excuses. This is the level of service renters hope for. Thompson Mechanical for the win.

My furnace wasn't keeping my house warm so we called Thompson Mechanical and they sent over Mark Stokes. He was very nice outgoing man, and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. And my cats loved him!

Buyer beware…. Same Thompson Mechanical name under different ownership. John Felix is one of the owners which he came out to quote installing a system back in May which still isn’t functioning properly today. John originally came out quoting system install under $5k and one day before install day John calls stating that’s it’s going to be $13,000. My sister and husband sold their house and needed to move in to the house that we were fixing up for them.
