Our Experience from beginning to end was top notch! Tim came out & gave us a quote on adding central air to our 100 year old home and we found out our furnace was 34 years old and probably needed to be replaced as well. We got a great deal on both units, and they offer financing, which was so helpful. The install crew was awesome, cleaned up very well and did an amazing job. I’m so grateful for having central air on these hot summer days! From the moment I called and spoke with Amy her mannerism was friendly and upbeat. I explained my situation and she assured me a tech would be out that day. Nate showed up and diagnosed my issue explained everything to me. The next day my part arrived, thankfully under warranty and he came out and fixed my furnace. I Spoke with Dan on the phone and he was able to help me resolve an issue with my AC unit that was not kicking on and he was able to walk me through a few things and had it fixed within not even 5 minutes of on the phone ! I WILL definitely for now on out be using THIS company just because of how professional , knowledgeable and respectful he was over the phone ! Also this was after hours and had a call back within 5 minutes!! Big Thank you!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
