On 12/2/22 I had North Park Services come in and install plumbing to my new half bath. What they did was - run plumbing and drains to my sink and toilet. The floor drain to the toilet was already installed. 1 hot water line and 2 cold water lines, connect main toilet drain to main sewer drain. They used some of my p[arts I already had and completed the job in 3 hr. 30 minutes. Now they did not have to install sink or toilet, just make lines available. Prompt professional service and fair pricing. Northpark has made numerous service calls over the years and they have always been reliable.

Complete rip off. First visit came to fix hotwater tank. Hit reset button and left. Charged me 160.00 They said elements and thermostat was good. Day later i called office, Lady said no service fee it would just cost the part and maybe 15 labor. The guy charged me 160.00 for 2 elements. Also they wouldn’t guarantee work as its full of sediment after they did repair. He charged me another 160. Tells me i need hot water tank after repair. At least he did work. It would have been nice to know before hand. I will never use them again. Im sorry to anyone i referred them too.

From the office to the repair people they do excellent work. I had no heat in my house. I called them close to quitting time. They came out and fixed the problem. This is not the first time I used them And they have never disappointed me, I highly recommend them for Plumbing services

We needed a new water heater installed. They gave us a good price and prompt service. Tanner and Garret were wonderful, friendly and explained what was needed, did excellent, very clean work. We were happy with the great service we received. Thank you@
