Cancelling was a nightmare. I had a request to cancel my account with their office, months later I had a collections agency harass me for a quarterly bill that was past due after my request to cancel. I explained the situation to the debt collector, she then called the owner and relayed info to me that she has a paper fill out policy to cancel. This was never explained, and it’s 2025 get with the times and get a simple digital/tele cancelling process.
