FRAUD. These people are running a fraudulent operation, based on my experience. They sent 1 guy to wall mount a 75" screen. He destroyed the television (within 5 minutes of arriving, I believe deliberately), took some pictures, described a credible insurance claim process, got a copy of my receipt, and then ghosted. Not one word of follow-up after a week of entreaties. They will not return calls or emails, and neither will their supposed insurance company, Hiscox (check their reviews too, HAHA). I'm out $3K. Don't let this happen to you. Pay for licensed, insured, non-criminal help. DO NOT ENGAGE.

Absolutely unreliable and shamelessly irresponsible. Isaac did a good job the first time around when we had him over. But even then he couldn't manage the wire concealment properly and just went with the stick on rails to hide the cables. Not a big deal, we just let it slide. Then we got in touch with him to get another TV mounted (big mistake, we should've known better). He wasted a full week of my time as a no-show. At the eleventh hour he would send a sketchy excuse as to why he cannot be here to perform the job. He did this a few times and wasted my entire week. We cannot recommend this guy anymore because he does not value other people's time and doesn't think anything about leaving people in the lurch at the last moment. Unbelievably bad!!
