I’ve had Guardian for 15 years and was very happy until2-3 years ago . At first they wanted to charge me every month to send me a bill. Then they wanted to charge for service even though I have always had a maintenance agreement. Finally they wanted to charge me every month because I don’t want auto pay. Since they sold to a private equity things have been awful. I plan to drop them asap.
Sales team came out and inspected our home and recommended replacement security products that incorporated our existing hard wired sensors. Technicians were prompt, courteous and patient given some complexities in the installation requirements. All work was completed on the same day, tested and we were shown how to use the system.
Ive had Guardian for years; but, I took personal interest after a couple of life changing challenges. They came out, reviewed my system, we made a few tweaks. Customer service is great! I have the direct number for management, if needed.
I had an outstanding experience with guardian installer Griff. Griff showed up on time, communicated clearly, and walked me through every step of the set up. Griff is knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and was patient with all my questions. Everything was installed neatly and tested thoroughly before he left. I feel confident and secure knowing the system was done right. I highly recommend Griff and guardian alarm. Griff is truly an asset to guardian alarm.
