Oscar, our Ryder installer was complete and very professional. He reviewed all of the information with me before starting and addressed and assisted with all our issues with this conversion from digital life to Brinks. I recently switched security/home automation providers to Brinks. There were a number of problems with my system and Daniel has done an amazing job working out all of the kinks. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure each and every item in my home is working properly. I would recommend Daniel as a technician to anybody who needs someone they can trust and who will perform their work in a professional and diligent manner, and do so with an exceptionally friendly attitude.
I have used Ryder Security , and Daniel the service guru many times now. They are nothing short of amazing. I know the work is going to be done right, the first time! Daniel educates while he works, is always friendly, and best of all an honest stand up guy in a world of folks that just want that upsell. These folks are just great! I can't give them enough kudos.
After having AT&T Digital Life for several years, Brinks Home Security was set to take over. Ryder was the authorized dealer to handle the switch over. After scheduling my appointment for last Friday, I received a call on the date and was informed that somehow the time slot was double booked and they would be unable to fulfill my appointment that day. After rescheduling for today, Saturday August 27, between 1-5pm, we had a no call no show. About an hour after our window had expired, I called and canceled service. I will be looking for a different security system and company for future service. Good luck if you decide to use Ryder.
Ryder switched our alarm system from Digital Life to Brinks. Keith came out to do the transfer and did a remarkable job. He was very kind, thoughtful and patience with us. He took his time to transfer all our equipment (and replaced items that needed replaced) to Brinks. I can't express enought how happy and thrilled we are for what he did for us. He made sure we knew all about our system and even went through and personalized the setting for our needs. If we have anymore issues or problems, Keith is our go to guy.
