Although the waterline break on our top floor at 9pm was not what you want, the response from Paul Davis was great. I called, explained the situation and they said someone needs to come tonight. Trina from Paul Davis arrived around 11pm, worked to stop the damage, soaking up water, wiping things down, documenting for insurance, and finally shop vacuumed all water he could. I think he left around 2am. Worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Was very informative of next steps and what to expect. Next, the recovery team came out. Eric and Edwin came every day checking moisture levels and placing equipment where needed arrived on time each day and the one day they got caught on an emergency job, called to let me know they were running late. That type of service is great when you’re trying to juggle everyday life and work along with a horrible water leak. Highly recommend Paul Davis if you ever need such a service. I hope you don’t, but if you do, these guys will make it the best they can!

We used Paul Davis on the recommendation of a tree removal company after a tree fell in our driveway and broke our fence. Paul Davis did not receive the proper approval from our insurance company on their estimate but communicated to us that everything was good to go and began work on getting the tree removed. We also were never told that the funds approved by our insurance company did not include their overhead and profit fee, that we would have to pay ourselves out of pocket. We were repeatedly told everything was approved. Had we been properly informed of all of this, we never would have agreed to use them. After the work was completed, we did not receive a formal invoice from them, just a notice they were sending our bill to collections. We paid their bill only to find out after the fact that all the insurance money we received for the tree removal and fence repair was eaten up on just the tree removal and their fee so we are not able to repair the fence. One could argue we should’ve known to double check certain things before moving forward, but you’d also expect a company like this to help you understand what is happening and do things in the proper way. They are untrustworthy and dishonest and I would never recommend them to anyone.
