Gavin & his team were prompt, professional & very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with the water damage to my bedroom ceiling. He explained the process, answered all questions that I had & even helped with an issue I had outside with my gutters. He let me know they have a contractor that works with them & also gave me an estimate about when the restoration would start. I would use this company again and will also recommend them to friends & family.

During one of our worst moments, ServePro was truly there for us. Justin Bennett helped us navigate our house fire restoration with empathy and professionalism. He was always punctual and followed through on everything promised. Miranda Carey took exceptional care of our belongings and when they were returned, they were as good as new. Both Justin and Miranda treated us like family. Justin went above and beyond for us. We had no idea how to pick up the pieces or where to begin. We had a house fire Jan.15 of this year. We had no clue how to handle the situation. Three months went by contacting builder/contractors with few answers or advice on what to do next. Then a miracle happened a friend of friend on Facebook told us to call Betty Vanhoy at Servpro. They immediately came to the rescue. James Otterberg inspected planned advised explained and organized the whole process much to our relief and what was left of our sanity. The whole team is professional experienced friendly quick and will help you with any question you might have. They also deal with the insurance people which is a plus.
