Price paid rated great because 2 heat pumps and 2 splits were checked the last week of February. Gwyn hires the very best technicians and today's service tech was happy! To do the work for us. Spring is just starting to show itself, so we appreciate the check on our coolant levels ahead of time.
My mother's furnace wasn't working and I called Gwyn Services to come out and take a look.Chester came out and found there was an electrical problem, so Kevin came the next day and found some wiring issues and fixed them. He also replaced the switch on the furnance and got it working again. Kevin spent 4 hours getting the job done! I can't say anything negative about my experience. Krista, who schedules the technicians, Chester the heating tech and Kevin the electrician were all very professional, extremely nice and all worked tirelessly to get the iob doneed as quickly as possible! It says alot about a company's reputation when their workers treat you with respect and take care of you like family! I will continue to use Gwyn in the future!
We use Gwynn for HVAC and plumbing. They’ve always been super quick to come out for urgent issues. Technicians have all been great and usually let my 5 year old watch (he is obsessed with plumbing). When we need something repaired/replaced it really feels like they give us “friends and family” advice instead of upselling us on a new system. Had some issues with a toilet replacement that they came out an fixed free of charge.
