Andrew and his team did an outstanding job from top to bottom. The job was a big one. To take us off a septic and connect to city sewer. But we are 600 yards from the city sewer hookup with mostly trees in between us and the road. I had about 4 other plumbing companies out here and nobody would touch it. They all just collected my $200 for showing up and never even had the courtesy to submit an estimate or return my money. Andrew formulated a plan. His team executed it and we could not be happier with the result!
My daughter had an emergency kitchen sink issue today. Devin the technician who serviced her home, was absolutely great! He gave a diagnosis and explained everything up front. They said he would arrive at 1:30 and he was there on time bonus. Devin was very professional and he gave some recommendations on how we can fix this in the future just incase it happens again. We would highly recommend BODENHEIMER if anyone needs plumbing. If all the service technicians are anything like Devin this company will stay in business forever. Thank you

Justin returned two days later to install my new Delta faucet for my kitchen. He switched out the two faucets quickly and competently. Justin explains everything thoroughly, whether it be options for resolving situations or showing the completed work. He made sure I was 100% content with his work. I was not pressured in any way to decide one way or the other regarding his recommendations. Really enjoyed having Justin in my home and trust his guidance and his work.
Service was quick and easy. Justin Bever was a breeze!
Update: I’m beginning to question my service. I was told that one of my hearing elements needed to be replaced (8yr old water heater), but they don’t replace just one so I had to replaced two(which is fine if it needed it). I did that and I was told that everything else was healthy and I would get 20 minutes of hot water and I’ve noticed since the repair that my showers just seemed not to last long. This morning, I finally timed it and my shower is lasting 11 minutes. Something is not right, what was repaired did not fix my issue. It’s the same issue I had when they came out… I will be calling them back today.
Updating back to a 1⭐️.. I would give 0 if I could 😩
When I called today when I started taking, I was abruptly cut off and asked my address… I get she probably didn’t need to hear my issue first hut where is the customer service!! They are scheduled to come back on Monday and look at it but the way she made it seem is I’m gonna have to pay another service charge or another fee to fix it even though they didn’t fix it the first time around only if the parts they put in were faulty. Would I not have to pay for it? I don’t even believe I needed the parts that were put in. I called someone else today and I have them coming out on Monday for a second opinion. They aren’t going to get me for another 500$ or so again to NOT fix it…. I really don’t trust this company, at all…
