He was very nice and very experienced. He was able to show my managers pictures and gave explanations as to how something happened why something happened and what we can do to resolve it. He was quick and courteous. We love having them as our new lenders.
I had Chase come to the house to go over what we wanted in a new heat pump. Chase was very comfortable in his job. He answered our questions , gave us some directions on an add on for our house. I totally was comfortable with him. I would recommend this group when investigating new units and friendly service. 5hey have on call help all the time.
QRC was very professional and reasonably priced. We needed repair on a boiler. They responded fast, gave a quote, ordered parts and got us taken care of quickly. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining the problem and getting it fixed for us. We would not hesitate to use them again when needed.
Tim was amazing. He answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable, honest and supportive. He weathered my icy neighborhood road and driveway to get to my door on Friday! QRC will put in a unit for me when the time comes when my unit completely dies. I’m also impressed with how the company is run and how they take care of customers after installation. Jasmine was also very helpful and accommodating when I called for someone to come out. QRC will get my business and I will share about them as well.
5 stars just isn’t a high enough rating for the folks at QRC! The service, quality, technology upgrades and the care that every team member showed in every interaction makes this family-owned company feel like our family now! We are beyond grateful for our new HVAC system that works way better than the system we had. Our technology went up and our electric bill will be going down! They installed a filter and light system we were looking for to help with my husbands allergies too and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up better than when they arrived and walked us through the system, showing us how to use the cool new thermostat as well. This is the company you should choose to work with; I am just another 5-star review among the hundreds and hundreds that they have, but we were treated like we were their top priority at every step of the way. You can only go right with QRC!
