Dease plumbing was recommended by a connection within the trades field of a co-worker for an involved complex plumbing repair in my 70 year old home with a cast iron sewage pipe leak in my basement above a finished bathroom below my kitchen. I had several other plumbing companies in the Winston-Salem area involved in quoting the repair and none seemed either interested or capable of the scope of repair. Dease plumbing was very responsive and did a thorough walk through on-site my property with a quick but accurate estimate of both time and cost of the job. As soon as I notified them of my intention to use their business for the job, the Dease team was on-site as scheduled and did a phenomenal job in 1.5 days of a very complex project that involved ceiling demolition, exposure of a hard to access cast-iron sewage drainage line, removal of old cast iron pipe, creatively installing a new PVC drainage system to the kitchen, reconnecting to existing plumbing lines, and clean-up. They were able to install a new sewage line without having to destroy our kitchen cabinetry or walls mentioned necessary by other plumbers which resulted in minimal disruption in our living space upstairs. I was very impressed at how thoroughly they prepped and draped our basement floors and surrounding walls with plastic barriers so that debris from the repair did not damage surrounding home structures and fixtures. Their price was extremely fair given the scope and difficulty of the work. I am very grateful to have been put in touch with them and would highly recommend them and use them again for any of my plumbing needs.
