The repair representative, Carl, has excellent customer service and he explains the problem in simple terms. He is in and out and never disrupts our work environment. We definitely appreciate him and all that he does for the company and our company as well.
A couple of weeks ago my copy machine was throwing a fit from the bypass tray. I called Novatech and Carl came to the rescue! Thank you Novatech!
Mr.Bryan McKenzie was great! We have about 15 people in our office and he was quick to get everyone’s questions answered and made sure the machines were set up to meet the needs of every individual that would be utilizing them! 10/10 would recommend him ! Great service for sure!
