Computer Crusader Computer and MacBook Repair

I had a major issue with my gaming PC constantly crashing to the point it was completely unusable. After spending hours trying to troubleshoot it myself and even leaving it with another computer repair shop for two days with no answers, I was honestly starting to think the machine was going to be nothing more than a really expensive paper weight. I brought it to Computer Crusader and within just a few hours they had already diagnosed the problem. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but they also went the extra mile to track down the original hardware manufacturer so I could pursue the warranty on the part. That level of service really stood out to me, and left me knowing that I chose the right people for the job. Didn't even have to leave my MacBook! Robert took care of my viruses, set up a better protection scheme, in less than an 45 minutes, and I was on my way. Works out of his home, and is very professional. He even contacted me a few days later to check that everything was still working smoothly. Since Chattanooga no longer has an Apple Store... finding support was a challenge. Computer Crusader seems to be an excellent choice.

I texted the number on Robert's business page and he answered within the hour, that is the fastest anyone has ever gotten back to me in this computer business. He had me bring in my pc and the next day he texted saying my motherboard was no good that it wouldn't even show up in the bios. Quickest diagnosis. He replaced it within the day and had me come pick it up the next day at whatever time worked best for me. Two days and my pc was as good as new. This guy seriously knows what he's doing and is friendly and professional. On top of that, he charged a completely reasonable price, one that I thought wouldn't be possible.
