As a newcomer to the Chattanooga area I have needed assistance with people from roofers to painters, electricians and too many to list. Ryan, from Cell Surgeon has baled my sister and myself out of Cell phone and Computer nightmares several times and is a clear step above anyone else! If you try him out, you will not regret it.

I took my phone in with a small crack along the top edge and was told to pick it up after 45 minutes, when i returned they said they had broke the OLED in the screen and had to order a new one. During this time, i received no apology, no offer for anything.This led to several major inconveniences as I have to have a phone to login to work and school accounts, pay my bills, etc. After I picked it up, I once again was disregarded for the time associated with the “simple repair” as they had called it. On top of all of this, they replaced my screen with a not certified apple replacement, leading to an error message about the screen not being recognized. If the price point of the repair was much cheaper I would understand, but to send my Iphone to apple to get repaired it would be $279.99 and the repair at cell surgeon was $284. Overall terrible customer service, terrible technicians, and terrible price points.

Ryan and Conner are fantastic employees! I have used many cell phone repair stores this one by far is the best around town! I highly recommend and will be returning for future repairs. Completely resolved, fixed, and repaired all issues or concerns I had. These young men deserve a raise!!!

The guys that I worked with at the store or no doubt, Customer Service driven and sharp is attack when it comes to phone repair. There were plenty of items in stock and ready to be installed in a moments notice, which is not what I’ve seen other phone repair stores. They had plenty of protectors and all that other stuff. The problem was this place was expensive, but who is an expensive these days?
