They sent a guy named Ross out to repair my unit and I didn’t feel comfortable with him being inside with my kids home. He acted really sketchy and I noticed that I had several things that were damaged after he left. He never came back to finish the work and I had to get somebody else to come fix it.
I received multiple referrals for different HVAC companies to handle a potential gas leak. Malone was the only one that came from all 3 sources. And they were right. Tyler came out Saturday evening and took care of me, answered all my questions and gave me additional info regarding gas heating. Being new to Tenn and gas heating, this was extremely helpful. If/When the need comes up, I'll be contacting Malone Heat & Air for any needed work.
I have a historic home and it desperately needed updated heating and air units. Mr. Malone came out and went over all the options with me and we selected a midsized unit that would take care of my needs. They did the install two days later and I have been extremely pleased with the result. My bills were lower, too! I recommend Malone to everyone I know locally. Great company, great technicians, great service.
Our Malone technician came out Friday 10/10 for maintenance. He was very helpful and even went back to check a couple other items before wrapping things up. Super nice guy and very helpful. Turns out that our old unit needs to be replaced. I was given a quote the next morning and they will be doing the new install just a few days later. I would highly recommend these guys. We’ve always gotten great service from them.
