I called to schedule a carpet cleaning for four rooms and a duct cleaning service and was told last week that servicing up to the fourth floor would not be an issue. When I called back to confirm, I spoke with Dee, who suddenly stated they would not go above the second floor. When I explained what I had previously been told, she became immediately rude and dismissive. Before I could even finish speaking, she hung up on me. I called back right away. Dee answered the phone and refused to say a single word—just silence. I called again later, and only then was I able to get her name. She was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and hostile, refused to let me speak to anyone else, and would not provide any additional information or explanation. Hanging up on a customer and then refusing to speak when they call back is completely unacceptable. This experience showed a total lack of professionalism and basic customer service. If this is how customers are treated before a service is even scheduled, I can’t imagine how issues would be handled afterward. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone. ⸻
