Update- Not one spot was actually cleaned. Every single spot is just as black as it was. I even go bare feet on the carpet. I had these carpets cleaned for an elderly client. It took a week to dry, even though they said three days. Since I run the household, I am quite busy and I'm just now remembering I left a good review 4 months ago. I'll just clean it myself. We were happy with our cleaning. What I didn't expect was for the price to be double what was initially quoted. I made sure to tell them upfront over the phone that my client had dark spots and dark areas of foot traffic. When he got there the price more than doubled bc he said we n... I called to schedule a carpet cleaning for four rooms and a duct cleaning service and was told last week that servicing up to the fourth floor would not be an issue. When I called back to confirm, I spoke with Dee, who suddenly stated they would not go above the second floor. When I explained what I had previously been told, she became immediately rude and dismissive. Before I could even finish speaking, she hung up on me. I called back right away. Dee answered the phone and refused to say a single word—just silence. I called again later, and only then was I able to get her name. She was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and hostile,... If this is how customers are treated before a service is even scheduled, I can’t imagine how issues would be handled afterward. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone. ⸻
