Of course my heat would go out on one of the coldest days! And on a weekend! But Roman was here within an hour, had it diagnosed and up in running quickly. Roman was very knowledgeable and explained everything fully. Although I will need additional repair in the coming days, Roman was sensitive to my need for heat and now we are toasty.

Dustin Taylor has just solved a problem that has been going on for the last 5 years. He was here to service our unit because it was not heating. After 5 minutes in the attic he discovered that our electric heat was never hooked up from the start. All this time our unit had never used the electric heat and the air has never been warm air that has come out of the vents. Thanks to Dustin for figuring out what’s been wrong for years. I will always ask for him when we need a service call from One Hour! He is professional and very knowledgeable about his work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We needed to replaced our old HVAC system in our church due to age and issues with the old unit. We called a few companies to get an estimate but one hour AC Service seems to be the best of all they came out and gave us an estimate that was right within our budget. They out at the earliest convenience after approve and did the work. Everything turns out great, we now have a new HVAC system installed in our church and we were happy with overall service.
