We bought a house out in the sticks and quickly discovered that no one wanted to service our area. But then I called DUCTS Air Duct Cleaning in Chattanooga. Missy, the rockstar office manager, answered the phone and let me know they were tied up on a big job and wouldn’t be able to come for a few weeks. Instead of rushing me off the line, she walked me through exactly what to ask other companies - so I wouldn’t get taken advantage of. She was thorough, kind, and incredibly professional. I ended up getting one other quote, but no one came close to the level of care Missy showed. So I waited. Once her team reviewed our inspection photos, they realized we didn’t just have dirty ducts - we had a bigger issue: the main trunk line under the house needed to be re-hung. (A much more serious job than it sounds.) The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, despite the long drive. They were professional, efficient, and got right to work. Afterwards, they walked me through before-and-after photos, including a rusted vent line they beautifully repaired and holes they patched - both of which had been letting a foul smell from under the house to seep into our HVAC system. The service was absolutely worth it and I’d hire this team again in a heartbeat.
