Nick's Auto Repair

My car started doing scary things as I was driving this morning and Nick's was the closest auto shop. I pulled up in a panic and they were so incredibly kind, said it was no problem for them to take a look at, and three hours later they had replaced a few things and it was ready to go. I've honestly never had such amazing auto service- sure it was luck that nothing major needed fixing,(and I can't guarantee anyone else will have this same experience😜), but I also feel so incredibly lucky that I ended up here this morning. I'm so thankful for this business!! Highly recommend❤️🫶🏻

They are the best. I have gone to them for over 7 years now. They have been kind, caring, honest and efficient. I would trust them with any car repair I need. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We had the worst experience ever there. We had our shocks replaced and Dennis didn't tighten the wheels when he put the tires back on and a tire came off while my husband and son were driving and it could have caused a deadly accident. They asked us to tow it to their location at their expense then refused to do anything to fix it despite it being determined it was their fault. They charged us for the repair and would not release the keys to us until we paid for the tow truck that they made us order. We have AAA and could have used that for free. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
