I've been a customer since 2009/2010 timeframe, so I've seen this shop hit the mark and miss over many years. Unfortunately, they are off now, so I recommend going somewhere else. From a technical perspective, they completely got the wrong measurements on the brake pad thicknesses on my truck and something didn't seem right about that, so I took it somewhere else and sure enough, there was plenty of pad life left. And, from a business perspective, when they switched over to passing the credit card fees on to customers, they didn't really let customers know well, so I had to pay more than I was expecting to pay at that time. J & S Automotive is hands down one of the best shops around. The place is super clean and well-run, and the front desk crew is always warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I’ve had them work on my Toyota 4Runner a few times now, and every time I drop it off I feel completely confident it’s in good hands. They’re professional, transparent, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

J&S Automotive took really good care of me and my truck. They gave me honest and trustworthy information on what was going on with my truck and what repairs it needed. They got me in quickly, did a professional and respectful assessment/inspection and repair. They seemed to be just going about business as usual but compaired to some other places I've unfortunately been to, J&S automotive go above and beyond to be straight forward, honest, respectful and kind. They have the kind of decent standards and good moral structure that I can trust with the care of my vehicles. Thanks J&S Automotive!

I have 2020 Tesla Model X with 93k miles and was looking for alternatives to the Tesla Service Center. My car was making soft knocking noises when turning at low speed and I thought that my control arms were going out again. J&S looked at the car for a very reasonable inspection fee and confirmed that my control arms were in fact still good and didn't try to upsell me into other services. They seem very reputable with high integrity and I'm impressed with their service. I plan on going back there to service my Tesla when needed.

Went in for an electrical problem. Told the lady at the front about my extended warranty that should cover this. They said they’d be able to contact and see if this is covered under warranty. Picked up the car, they were not able to diagnose the problem and told me to take it to dealership. They also said that this probably wouldn’t be covered under warranty so they neglected to reach out and even check. Took the car to the dealership, it was in-fact under my warranty. Called j&s to see if they could reach out and try and get compensation from my warranty - couldn’t because the claim was not processed on the day of the service. Overall ju...
