First I'd like to say that the staff were very friendly and prompt on answering the phone and scheduling.
With that being said, I scheduled an appointment due to low ice production. The tech was on time and did replace the maker however the issue wasn't resolved. I called back to let them know and they again sent the same tech out. After no troubleshooting (other than to replace the piece I just paid to have replaced last week) was told there's nothing wrong and it was just due to the weather being cold. I'd believe that if I didnt just have the SAME issue fixed by warranty 6 months earlier (in the summer). Very frustrated that I'm out $260 and am still having the same issue.
Shane showed up on time, properly assessed the issue with our dryer, and had it fixed within an hour. We will definitely call Nick’s again with any appliance issues.
The customer care I received from Nicks appliances Was extraordinary. We were trying to to help my daughter.and son-in-law replace their broken appliances. We had experienced the house fire in 2016 and purchased GE appliances when our kitchen was redone. They have served as well. We sought to get the same for my daughter and her husband. We were able to purchase a stove and microwave at a local store, but needed a very specific refrigerator and were unable to get it at that location. Finally found one at a big box store who promised to have it for us by Thanksgiving. That day cane and went. Actually, several other promised dates have come and gone and still no refrigerator. Hours have been spent on the phone being shifted from one call center to another inside the country and outside. Numerous messages have been left and no one calls back. And still no refrigerator. In desperation, I went online and started looking for this specific refrigerator at other locations. even though I live in Ohio, I reached out to Nick’s appliances. They are the only ones who took the time to talk with me, hear my concerns and try to help. Michelle was wonderful. She took the time to research and called me back. Although I was not able to get the specific refrigerator I needed through Nicks, they were still so helpful . I just had to take the time to say what a wonderful store this is. I so wish there was something like that close to me here in Ohio. Thank you so much for all you did in trying to help us. We are so grateful
Super positive experience.. called talked with Nick.. ordered a washer/dryer and over the stove microwave.. sold me what I needed. Didn’t try to up sell. All in stock and delivered within a couple of days..Really nice delivery guys.. Fast set up and take away.. i highly recommended this Company.,. Far superior to the big box experience.
