Had some serious issues with my BRAND NEW unit that took days with original dealer, called Aire Serve and Melissa that answered the phone answered every question that I had, sent a wonderful Tech (Erin) out the very next day and he had it fixed in no time. He was very polite, listened to what we had to say ( which was a lot ) had it up and running with no problems! Thanks you guys! I will definitely keep their number and call them back when needed!

I contacted Chris this morning to let him know that my heater was not working properly. He got me scheduled, and had a technician out to my home within an hour. Aaron fixed my issue immediately, and was extremely nice and professional while doing so. Every time I have had a heating or air issue, this company goes above and beyond to get my issues solved as quick as possible.
