Had some serious issues with my BRAND NEW unit that took days with original dealer, called Aire Serve and Melissa that answered the phone answered every question that I had, sent a wonderful Tech (Erin) out the very next day and he had it fixed in no time. He was very polite, listened to what we had to say ( which was a lot ) had it up and running with no problems! Thanks you guys! I will definitely keep their number and call them back when needed!
