If you have a Bryant unit, call Greenwood! I battled issues with my furnace for about a year with various local companies. Nothing against the other companies at all, but when it comes to Bryant units, these guys are the ones to call. The tech spent a few hours thoroughly diagnosing my system and was able to resolve my issue that day! Highly recommend Greenwood.
Greenwood had been providing good maintenance for several years when they discovered a serious problem with my gas furnace. Jake did a thorough look at what might improve my heating & bucooling system explaining it to me. I got an estimate & hired Greenwood to make the changes. I was happy with the work which turned out to have complications which couldn't have been foreseen. I paid what had been given me as a price and have been very happy with the system.
I called Greenwood for a second opinion regarding my HVAC issues. They sent a technician out the very next day after I called and they were able to diagnose my issues and fix my system within 2 hours. Now my unit is back up and running like normal. I very highly recommend the honest and professional work offered here.
