My LG fridge compressor went bad after 5.5 years. The folks at Mr. Appliance in BG went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly, quickly, and as pain free as possible. All of the people that I dealt with were courteous, honest, communicated well, and overall professional professionals. I highly recommend for all your appliance repairs!
These guys were great! I created the appointment on their website. They were very responsive, confirmed my appointment date and offered a window of time. The appointment day they notified me with a photo of the technician and an eta of his arrival. Brandon looked at my range, diagnosed the issue, then provided a price breakdown for parts & labor and an eta for final repair once part arrived. The same level of service on the actual repair day, I was notified Brandin was enroute. He was courteous, professional & knowledgeable as well as efficient. I will utilize their services in the future when the need arises.
