American Home Shield dispatched Burton’s to come out and replace my HVAC in July 2025. When the winter weather got here our heat wasn’t working on our brand new unit so AHS had Burton’s come back out. They discovered that the tech that installed the new unit (no longer with them) did not install a safety switch or hook up the heat pump wires. The technician they sent out was awesome and got it working in no time and was very apologetic about the previous tech and stated that is not the type of work Burton’s is known for. Glad to have working heat! Big thanks to Burton’s for coming back out and resolving the issue and being so professional and kind.

Marcus and Jay Williams did an awesome job of removing our old microwave and installing the new one. They were very polite and professional. They even cleaned up after they replaced the microwave. They were very quick and efficient. I think it took more time to do paperwork than the install. :) Very happy with those two.
