We own a local business and our computer went completely dead. They were able to retrieve all our files. Sold us a new monitor that we are very happy with. Very nice and easy to work with. I mistakenly did a quick re-format of a micro SD card from my mobile phone. I was heartbroken! It contained pictures and videos of both my late husband and son. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes at Best Buy, I was told it could cost anywhere from $200 to $500 to restore the lost data. That was all they could give me. Sadly, that was not affordable. I then went to Quick Fix in Florence. I thank God I did. In a matter of minutes, they were able to assure me they could retrieve the lost data. I received a flashdrive and the micro SD card restored. Priceless and affordable! I would like to thank Quick Fix for being a reputable and outstanding business in our community. No words can adequately express how grateful I am. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend them!!!
Quickly fixed my screen twice and kept me in the loop for every process. When it broke the second time, they were so courteous to me to work on the price! The staff was always friendly and even wrapped my monitor in bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the screen until I got home. Loved the service!
I had a great experience with Quick Fix! I needed a laptop and Rick helped me find exactly what I needed and for a really good price. He even held our baby. The laptop works perfectly and feels like a great value. He was friendly, honest, and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely come back here for any future computer repairs or purchases.
