Greater Comfort

I'm a property manager & this company really needs to get it together. They refuse to send invoices explaining the work that was done. 9 times out of 10 I've had to call them out twice because the work they did the first time didn't resolve the problem. They tried to overcharge $360 on one of our accounts & we wouldn't have even noticed had I not called them multiple times & finally got them to send over an invoice. Now they're stating they just don't do invoices. If you want work done smoothly & correctly this is not the place to go!! Very dissatisfied & will not be giving them our business again at this point after multiple tries.

Edited post: To summarize my original review: my furnace went out last Saturday, so I had an on-call contractor come to my house making false promises. To be honest, it was not a great experience, and I still had to pay. BUT, last night and this morning Scott and Zac more than made up for it. They were so nice, helpful, and honest. They reached back out to me after readying my review, and the notes from the original HVAC tech. They acknowledged the original situation was not handled correctly, and both did everything they could to fix my furnace for me today. Originally a 1 star review changed to a 5 star review. Bad experiences can happen and mistakes can happen, but they worked very hard to make up for it when they didn't have to. I have never experienced such honesty and service from a company. Now, my furnace is working perfectly.
