My water heater broke so I called them up that morning, asking when they could get out to replace it. I assumed it'd be a day or two (because that's what everyone else said), but he (Fred, I assume) said "I wouldn't want you to be without hot water." And Andy and Wes came out a few hours later and put in the new heater (for about 1k cheaper than what everyone else was quoting me). Will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone I know.

Fred and Josh were a huge help to my family when our 23 year old hot water heater went out and began leaking. We were looking for a company to replace, and not service, the hot water heater. We are the original owners of the home and knew it was time for a new one from all the symptoms. The hot water heater went out on a Wednesday afternoon. I called Fred Thursday morning and he had Josh load a new water heater (which they stock) in his service van. Josh was at our home by 10:30am. He was very professional and worked very efficiently. Josh was patient with our questions. He installed a shut off valve to the hot water heater for us as we requested. Our builder did not install one. Josh also replaced a straight section of flue and one flue elbow for us that were rusted. I would highly recommend Fred's company for all your plumbing needs!!

Without a doubt the best plumbing company l have ever dealt with. I was a first time customer referred to by a friend who was a long time customer. I left a message on Sunday that l had a broken outside faucet and was leaving for vacation on Tuesday. They got back to me at 7:45 Monday morning and were there at 8:30. They did a fantastic job replacing the faucet and were finished by 9:45. I agree with all the other reviews. They are prompt, efficient friendly, honest and really good. Prices are more than fair and very reasonable. I will be using them from now on.
