Nice Appliance Inc.

I was at a friend's house when Nice App people showed up to look at the washer the church blessed my friend with.It was making a horrendous noise. He walked in with an attitude & his son. Didn't even introduce himself, no Co name on truck. Went directly to the washer, turning knobs opening the lid, etc. Wouldn't let it run to hear the noise and just insisted it was a great washer. Told my friend she should be happy with "blessings!" Then proceeded to threaten her with, "I'll just take it! Either deal with it or I'll take it!" I asked him why is he disrespecting my friend in her home? His answer, " my God!" I told him he shouldn't be invoking God when doing wrong. He then asked who I was. I replied none of his business. He then responded " I don't appreciate her here & the church is going to hear about this." I cannot imagine how he must treat elderly people. The threats just kept coming, "either deal with it or I'll take it!" As he walked to the front door being nasty it started to pour rain. God answered! He said he'd come back to take the washer! He doesn't have to worry about telling the church, I'll be doing that! The church sent the devil to my friends house! Steer clear from this place unless you like to throw away money! BTW, the safety feature on the lid is missing!

My organization purchased 2 refrigerators, 1 stove, and a washer and dryer. The washing machine was out within a few weeks and they replaced it. Then the dryer went out a week ago and we called Dave to come out and replace the igniter and we were willing to pay but he started to rant about coming to do the repairs in Detroit although he had no problems taking our money to deliver the items. The workers are awesome, but Dave is one of those who’s quick to say that you’ve done something wrong. Also, make sure you get an invoice and not a receipt written out by hand from Nice Appliances!

On March 3, 2025 I purchased a used washing machine it was delivered March 4, 2025 in the evening however, the machine was not working properly before they left. I had my insurance company come out to view the machine so that I can place it on my insurance. hop I even took a letter to inform Mr. David that the appliance has been modified, and the part needs to be repaired in order for my insurance company to properly cover it. He was very rude, disrespectful and refuse to honor his warranty. This is the major part of my review he davit at nice appliances, located in centerline, refuse to honor his warranty and today’s date is March 6, 2025. I have no choice but to contacted a lawyer as well as the Better Business Bureau.
