Ace Appliance

I wish I could leave a negative star! They were extremely unprofessional. The man came out to repair my washer, charged me $160 and did nothing to it. He lied and said he replaced a part but he brought no part with him. When we reached out with the concern, the owner got an attitude with me about it, kept talking over me and hung up on me! The repairman did not want to come back and fix it. Kept putting it off. How are you mad at me for speaking up that nothing got fixed? I was never rude to the man yet he felt he could yell at me, talk over me, and hang up on me. I had to keep calling and texting JUST to get a refund and I only got half of my money back. It was just so unfair and wrong. But karma will get him and his business.

Brian was very communicative, and explaining everything in regard to my choice of appliances. He even gave me a courtesy of 2 months warranty. I've had the appliances for one month now, and there is nothing wrong with them. The delivery and installation was very good, the staff who delivered were nice and diligent. Also, their prices are the best. I purchased a matching GE fridge and stove. They deserve the five star review, thank you Brian!
