I manage over 125 rental properties. Lakeview has provided excellent service for us and are always able to schedule promptly even on weekends. and get the job done efficiently. They have worked for us on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Office staff is courteous and efficient. I use Lakeview because they make my-not so easy job- easier.

The hot water wouldnt turn on and Lakeview sent over their plumber Chad.....he had to replace some galvanized pipes cuz they were clogged...he did a great job....the water pressure works great too and the hot water WORKS! He got it done quick and had a nice price for me too....Ive had these guys over to do other work on my furnace.....give em call if you need their services! You wont be disappointed!
