Our dryer decided to poo out on us and we had no idea as to why. So we decided to give Nickel Appliance Repair a try! Nick the Owner is truly AMAZING. Even though I don't know much of anything about appliances (lol). He took the time to show me what he was doing and also what kind of problems he was looking for. Which I found very professional. He was even nice enough to call my husband on the diagnosis he had since he wasn't home. 5/5 stars would recommend!
Our washer stopped working and was out of warranty. I found Nick through some internet searches and called him. I am so glad I did! He came out same day, during the time window he said he would be here and really took his time with me explaining what he was doing and what was happening with the washer. In the end, his know-how got the machine running again with no parts or major repairs. He only charged for the house call. Good people still exist! Thanks, Nick!
Nick did a great job. We've used Nickel three times and they've been great and did the job every time. Reasonably priced, efficient and friendly. Very knowledgeable with all the appliances we needed help with. My only issue is I never received receipts for any of my work. Otherwise, I highly recommend. **Edit : Once I mentioned my concern, an invoice and coupon were sent immediately.
