We drove over an hour to look at some Briggs & Riley luggage at Al Nola's. Al was so friendly and helpful while explaining the features and benefits of the luggage and his prices are better than you can find online. I'm so glad we chose this store and got to do business with Al. Great person, great service, great experience!!

I needed the male side grommet snap button for a jacket. Fixed it right then and there and then tried to undercharge me for the fix. Good; honest and friendly. Also saw someone come to claim their repaired boots. Gotta say they looked new to me.
