I typically like Napa a lot, but this Freeport location was just awful. Thomas an employee there yelled at me outside the store and was extremely rude, I’ve never been spoken to like that by anyone in customer service before. I had ordered new wipers for my vehicle and he said they’d arrive the next day. I purchased them and came back the next day for pick up, he installed them and they didn’t fit my vehicle but then somehow blamed me for it not fitting. Everyone else was able to help me, but I was honestly shocked by how I was treated by that employee.

I wanted to take a moment to say some positive words about this business and location. It was clean and well organized. I was immediately helped by Aston who answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly adding in his expert knowledge that enabled me to quickly and confidently move forward in addressing my car care concerns today. My trip to the Berkshires for the Thanksgiving holiday will most certainly be safer and smoother because of his good work. Give that man a promotion and a raise!
