Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people working "behind the counter" at the pharmacy. I was able to get answer/s to my question and some very helpful suggestions. I appreciate the extra customer service! I've always found the pharmacy people to be very kind and willing to assist.
CVS has a good pharmacy but horrible phone service. No way to call and speak to a pharmacist.
On vacation in need of our medications the team at CVS pharmacy were great They were able to transfere and fill our prescriptions quickly. We are very pleased with the customer service received. Thank you CVS pharmacy crew
CVS in Freeport is great! In and out for most of what I need. Pharmacy is just amazing!!! They keep track of all my meds, refilling as needed, and contacting me when ready. Wonderful 👍 People are always helpful too ❤️
Phones in the pharmacy do not work for patients to get through to speak to a person. CVS is also active in the PBM middle man business and their involvement is making it harder for you to get your medication, making your medication more expensive, and limiting your doctor’s ability to care for you as they deem fit. If a business is going to buy out my insurance and make me shop there, the least they could do is have a phone line that works.
