My Cellphone Repairs - Cumberland Mall, NJ

Great people, but i do have to question the integrity of their products. Ive dropped my iphone 13 pro over 100 times before it first broke lol. I went to my cellphone repair and paid over 200 dollars to get the back glass fixed and i bought and otterbox case. everything was great until i dropped it, yup one time from waist height with an otterbox on the back completely shattered, i didn't bother calling or going back in i just decided to buy a new phone instead of paying 500 at apple or paying 250 for a glass that i dont think could sustain a small drop. Not giving one star because i liked the guy he was cool and took care of me fast, i just wished it worked out better on my end.

I came in one day with a problem with my phone …it was frozen and it wouldn’t turn on or off and it was at 100 percent .. No way i was going to wait till it dies im a very busy man and need my phone asap .. I walked into cellphone repairs and what i respect about the whole situation is Number 1 James Fixed my issue for no charge because it wasnt a major issue . My man james was honest and could of lied and charged me a whole bunch money ! You cant find honesty… They fix your phone for good prices as well and you can drop off and pick up at anytime !!!! Thank u James ! Honesty is everything

My 1st visitor your store and I experienced the utmost respect. Kim and James were extremely helpful with getting my phone up and running. I was locked, I had no pinned and the dynamic duo unlocked it and I did not loose any of my contacts or pictures. They were very patient and knowledgeable and explained my situation to me.
