Able septic came out in June 2021 because my septic was leaking into the yard. He pumped the tank but did not remove and clean the filter. He also used different bolts/screws to replace lid. This cost me $321. Two months later, the sewage was overflowing into the yard again. This was the third pump since I bought the house in 2018; first time with this company. In August I called English septic. They came right out, got the pump truck out too. Dave, the inspector, was really helpful and explained how it all works. The pump truck came and did a partial pump for free! Dave cleaned the filter and also explained that a firepit and stack of wood o... All of this cost $160-- half of what Able charged, and a better job!! I will use English from here on out.
