Unfortunately my phone slide out of my pocketbook and onto the ground during a snowstorm and my screen broke on my brand new iPhone 17 pro max. We brought the phone into Cellbox and they ordered the screen and fixed it right away. I had an issue with the screen and the very next day they took care of it. Then they called the next day just to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Great customer service and pricing! I would highly recommend!
Phone wouldn't charge and wouldn't read sim card. Taj gave a brief explanation of what he thought the problem was. Seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Had my phone fixed in under an hour for less than $50. Great experience.
