All American Fireplace

I had been getting my gas fireplace serviced by this company for years, by the owner. This past year a new guy came out. He cleaned the fireplace, but was ready to leave before turning it on. When I turned it on, the high was as low as the low level. He told me it won't go up any higher...like it was before he started working on it. He refused to do anything else. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone just tried to make excuses for him. I told her I was not happy and to report it to the owner - she said he was the owner. The father has left his company to his son! That was the last time using that company.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Even when the initial setup didn’t look quite right aesthetically, they stayed true to their word and went above and beyond. They came up with a creative solution that not only fixed the issue but also improved upon the original OEM parts. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Andrew, the owner, is a straight shooter and a man of his word. Quality is clearly their number one priority. Highly recommend their dedication and expertise!
